Soren Russow is an Author, Professional Speaker, certified Life Coach, and has been a Laughter Yoga Leader since 2015. He helps people navigate through adversity with practical, fun and easy solutions to access their inner child and take life less seriously.
At age 30, he was diagnosed with a heart condition and was he was prescribed a cocktail of pharmaceuticals as treatment. Instead of going that route, he started a journey of self-exploration discovering simple and effective ways to ease his heart condition. Malcolm has been curious about the body and how it works since he was a child.
